The goal of the Fine Arts program is to provide students a well-rounded curriculum in order to develop imagination, spatial reasoning, symbolic thinking, and complex thinking skills and instill a lifelong love and appreciation of the Fine Arts.

Students involved in the arts:

  • develop a strong work ethic
  • learn perseverance
  • develop effective communication skills
  • become self-motivated
  • do better academically

  2. District Level Fine Arts: Opens 2nd Monday in June
  3. Performing Arts for Miller HS & Veterans Memorial HS : Opens 1st Monday in August
  4. All other Secondary In-District Requests: Opens 2nd Monday in August
