CCISD is committed to the identification of children with disabilities who may require specially designed instruction through the Office of Special Education. If you suspect your student may have a disability, please contact your home campus or Curt Johnson to request an evaluation at no cost. Children may be eligible for evaluation even if they do not attend CCISD and/or are not yet school-aged.

CCISD is proud of our wonderful team of Speech-Language Pathologists, Educational Diagnosticians, School Psychologists, Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, and other related service providers who evaluate and serve our students with special needs.

Referrals for special education evaluation can be made by contacting your campus administrator and counselor. Please contact Curt Johnson with any questions or concerns.
