Stakeholders wishing to contact the school board regarding a specific school, teacher or student, are encouraged to begin at the level closest to the concern.

Step One

Contact the teacher or guidance counselor.

Step Two

Contact the principal (If a school-wide concern, this becomes step one.)

Step Three

Contact the Director responsible for the area of concern: School Leadership, Curriculum & Instruction, Finance, Human Resources, etc.

Step Four

Contact the Superintendent of Schools or designee.

Citizens wishing to express themselves regarding school district policy, boundaries, finances, or other responsibilities of the Board which have not been placed on a regular agenda are encouraged to use one or more of these alternatives.

• Contact appropriate school department.

• Speak during public comment which is held at 6 p.m. during each board meeting.

• E-mail individual Board members. 

• Write letters to Board members c/o CCISD Board of Trustees, 801 Leopard Street, Corpus Christi, Texas 78403-0110.
