This office is responsible for the budgeting, investment, accounting, payroll, account payable, and debt service functions of the District including preparation and reporting the financial condition of the governmental, proprietary and fiduciary funds on a monthly basis. Our objectives are to prepare the highest quality and user friendly annual financial report and annual budget.

The Office of Finance has been awarded GFOA Award for Excellent Reporting for 22 years, 1999-2000 and 2020-2021, and Certificate of Recognition for Budget Preparation for 13 years, 2004-2005 through 2016-2017, when the Budget program was ended.
