Corpus Christi ISD is glad to assist local, state and national media outlets. Please review the following guidelines to help us assist you while also maintaining a productive learning environment at our schools.

Media requests and inquiries

For requests that do not involve breaking news, please plan ahead and allow up to two business days for requests to be addressed.

Media on district property

Approval from the Office of Communications must be obtained prior to entering district property. Once approved, all visitors must check in at the front office.

Please note: “person on the street” interviews are not permitted on district property.

CCISD acts in accordance with the Family and Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA).

Public Information Requests

Please make Texas Public Information requests using the district’s request form. Requests may be sent to: publicinformation@ccisd.us

Athletic Events

Requests to cover athletic events or other athletics-related stories should be made to the Office of Athletics.
