Deanna Evans, a special education teacher at Carroll High School, received a surprise visit from the H-E-B Excellence in Education Awards team. She is a finalist in the Rising Star Secondary category. We are so proud of Ms. Evans, and look forward to cheering her on when the winners are announced.
