🚧Construction Update📷
The second gym at Adkins Middle School is taking shape! As of August, the gym was 43% complete. The structural steel and roof deck are nearly complete, and masonry work is ongoing.
The gym is expected to be complete in 2025.

Mayor Guajardo proclaimed September 21, Operation KEYS, keeping every youth in school day. 📚👏🌟
From the proclamation: K.E.Y.S is a community wide walk where citizens of Corpus Christi and CCISD employees will take to the streets knock on the doors of youth who are not in school and provide families with the resources needed for youth to return to school.


At 10 a.m. today, the Corpus Christi Independent School District held a drawing to determine the order in which candidates’ names will be placed on the November ballot for the district’s board of trustees election. Each candidate was entitled to be present or have a representative present at the drawing. If neither a candidate nor a representative were present, a number was drawn on their behalf. Early voting begins Oct. 21. Election Day is Tuesday, Nov. 5.
