Meet Margarito Luna Jr.! Margarito graduated from Carroll High School and is a maintenance planning coordinator at CPS Energy.
" My 4th grade teacher Ms. Venegas had the greatest impact on my life. She always emphasized the importance of working hard on every task, but also reminded us to have fun along the way. It was clear that she structured her lesson plans to be both informative and engaging, and she always made it a point to capture our attention with her high energy."

Meet Jeffery Janko! Jeffery graduated from Roy Miller High School in 1972. He is a retired TAMU-CC photographer and teacher.
"My time at CCISD prepared me for my lifelong career as an artist and photographer by teaching me the skills I needed to pursue my dreams. After attending college, I had the opportunity to work as the photographer for Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi, as well as teach photography for 26 years at the college level. The teachers who made a lasting impact on me was Robert Brink, who taught Art and James O'Rear, who taught journalism. Their passion for art, photography and teaching inspired me to pursue my dreams and to follow in their footsteps and teach others."
