I was encouraged to set goals, take initiative, and carry myself in a professional way, which gave me a solid foundation as I moved into college and my career. Meet Cynthia De La Rosa! She attended Menger Elementary School, Wynn Seale Academy and Foy H. Moody High School. She is the School of Arts, Media and Communication Events Specialist at TAMU-CC.
"Throughout my years in CCISD, I learned responsibility, discipline, and how to stay committed even when things became challenging. It also helped me build confidence in myself, taught me how to communicate effectively, and showed me the importance of hard work and perseverance—skills I continue to use every day. Each of my teachers impacted me in different ways, but they all shared one thing in common: they truly cared. Because of them, I learned how powerful it is to invest in others, and that is something I carry with me as I continue to grow in my own journey."
